Long delivery time
Took three weeks to receive this after I paid for it. Way too long. You need to find another delivery method other than DHL. Why is this not available in local stores so it is easy for customers to buy it? Think about partnering with Sephora or Pharmacy Guadalajara or anyone to get this product to your customers.
Scott, we are so sad that you have to go throw this experience. However, if DHL make a mistake or have a problem, it is not something we have control over.
